Student Ministries

Thrive is the youth and young adult ministry of Northgate Foursquare Church. Our goal at Thrive is provide a safe fun environment for young people to gather in fellowship with each other and encounter Jesus. During our time we want students to be encouraged and equipped to go out and be lights in their worlds.

We come together weekly on Wednesday nights and enjoy a time of cooperate worship and then we separate the ages and have two different sermons that speak to the different age groups. Thrive 67 is for grades six and seven that after worship meets in the multipurpose room and Thrive is for grade eights through young adults aged twenty-five. We separate to give the opportunity for both age groups to have a relevant message and challenge given to them. Also we have the opportunity to make it a little more fun for our younger crowd by playing a couple more games. Until services begins we have a lobby full of games and a concession full of goodies. The service has an icebreaker game, passionate worship led by our own youth team, and a relevant message for your life today.

During the week we also encourage our students to take part in a Cadre, which are our small groups. In the Cadre’s you will grow in relationship with Jesus as well as with the other Cadre members. The Cadre’s are held on different nights of the week and are in different places around town depending on the group you would be a apart of.

On our yearly calendar we have summer camps, big events, retreats, and Consumed Conference.

Our leaders are ready to do whatever they can to help you with where you are in life! To top it off, we believe that you will build life long friendships with some of the greatest people on earth!
